Gary is the man with many hats; Anesthetist, Producer, Director, Engineer, Lobster Fisherman, Educator, and magician to hundreds of pediatric patients. After graduating from the St. Louis Municipal School of Nursing in 1976, Gary came to Maine to attend and graduate from the EMMC School of Anesthesia in 1982.

Since then Gary has worked as a CRNA at EMMC, St Joseph Hospital, Spectrum Anesthesia, and Acadia Hospital and in 2003 he became a founding member for Nurse Anesthesia of Maine. While working for Nurse Anesthesia of Maine Gary was Chief at a Dental Clinic providing anesthesia to severely Mentally Retarded patients. Many of these patients still remember Gary for his magic tricks.

During this time Gary was a key player with Partners in Health doing mission work in Honduras, Guatemala, Haiti, Nicaragua, El Salvador, and the Dominican Republic. He also is the owner of Rotten Rosie Records and Independent Film Company and was an instructor at the New England School of Communication, Husson College teaching the Business of Music.

Gary retired in 2012 after 30 years of being a CRNA. He is currently living with his wife Sharla in the Portland area helping his son with Wild Ocean Aquaculture, LLC.
