Anything having to do with my boys...They are both involved in multiple season sports, academic programs etc...
I also like to read cooking magazines and try new recipes occasionally.
Activities:
My day off would entail sleeping in. Having a fresh cup of Starbucks coffee, getting caught up on e-mailse, work etc...and then going to the grocery store. Two growing boys eat quite a bit...I also like hiking or cross country skiing in Acadia or taking a top down drive along the coast.

National Treasure Tour. Since moving to the East coast we do a family road trip over April break that entails trying to see all of the 1,000 places to see before you did that are on the East Coast. We recently took # 5.
